Our Commitment At Haven Ridge Home, we stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right with your order, we will make it right — without the hassle of sending anything back.

No Return Policy We do not require customers to return items. Once delivered, all items are yours to keep. This keeps the process simple, saves you the cost and inconvenience of return shipping, and reduces unnecessary waste.

Refund Eligibility You may be eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Your item arrives damaged or broken
  • Your item is defective or does not function as described
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order is lost in transit and not delivered

To request a refund, please contact us at info@havenridgehome.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

How Refunds Are Processed Once your refund request is approved, the full purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the payment.

EU Consumer Rights — Statutory Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). In line with our no return policy, we will honour this right by issuing a full refund without requiring you to return the item. To exercise this right, simply contact us at info@havenridgehome.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and intention to withdraw — no return shipment is needed.

Non-Refundable Circumstances Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage after delivery

  • Change of mind where the item is as described and arrived in perfect condition
